The Greenville Civic Project presents a Community Budget Teach-in, the first in a series of events to increase civic knowledge and action in Greenville County.
The event will focus on the Greenville City and Greenville County budgets with the goal of helping people understand how municipal budgets work and how budgets are created and decided on, and there will be a spotlight on Greenlink Transit as an example of a funding advocacy issue. The event is free and open to the public, and lunch will be provided.
Lunch will be provided, registration is required.
