As another legislative session comes to a close, come celebrate with WREN in Charleston as we reflect on how far we’ve come and the work we still have left to do.
Tamika Gadsden, a Charleston area organizer, will be a leading a discussion with author Marjorie J. Spruill on her book “Divided We Stand: The Battle Over Women’s Rights and Family Values That Polarized American Politics,” and WREN will bring you up to speed on the major changes this legislative session.
Doors open at 5:30, with program starting at 6:00pm. You are encouraged to bring a blanket and chair for outdoor seating. Hors d’oeuvres included in ticketprice.
The event location will be emailed to you once registration is completed. Tickets are required, purchase here.
