Toni Etheridge, PhD
Dr. Toni Etheridge is a published researcher, educator, and civic strategist whose work examines systems at the intersections of community life and institutional decision-making. She brings a critical, precision-driven approach to systems inquiry, asking incisive questions about accountability, workflow failures, and the human impact of decisions made in the absence of complete or accurate data.
Her public scholarship includes facilitating dialogues on allyship and culture, coordinating multi-city speaking tours that strengthened communication among Quaker communities, and developing a stage production that fused advocacy and performance to teach civic engagement. Her international experiences in Gaza, Jerusalem, Israel, and London continue to inform her cross-cultural leadership lens and systems-thinking practice. She is certified to teach English as a foreign language, expanding her ability to support diverse learners and global communities.
Dr. Etheridge earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University, a Master’s degree in Social Justice and Community Organizing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Sociology minor.
Dr. Toni Etheridge is the founder and principal consultant of Collaborative Leadership Mindset (CLM), an advisory practice dedicated to critically examining systems-level clarity across macro and micro dimensions, advancing strategic leadership, and enhancing organizational performance.
