Tiffany C. Johnson, MSW, is a South Carolina–based social worker with over a decade of experience serving diverse and often underserved communities. A graduate of Claflin University and the University of South Carolina, she brings expertise in trauma-informed care, project management, and equitable community change.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has supported individuals impacted by mental health challenges, homelessness, and childhood trauma, with a focus on amplifying unheard voices through advocacy and access to resources. She is especially passionate about supporting women of color through the postpartum journey as a trained doula, working to improve outcomes through culturally responsive care. Through her work and training on Adverse Childhood Experiences, Tiffany is committed to helping communities build resilience, strengthen families, and drive lasting, meaningful change.
