Rachel Vicente is the CEO and Founder of Rachel Vicente Consulting. She is a values-aligned coach, advisor and speaker, a former non-profit leader and forever educator. Rachel is a proud Black woman and daughter of two Cabo Verdean immigrants.

Rachel has a proven track record of working as a trusted advisor and coach who calls out inequities and oppression at the interpersonal and organizational levels. She has a deep understanding of coaching across lines of difference and supporting identity development. Through this process, she helps leaders and teams develop the ability to center their own humanity–leading to organizations that are more equitable, diverse and impactful. Alongside Shifted Consulting, Rachel has also co-designed and launched a unique fellowship for Women of Color entitled Authentically Me.
