Ericka Plater is an executive strategist, certified leadership coach, and seasoned nonprofit leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations and leaders through growth, transition, and complexity. As CEO of GroundWell Collective, she leads a national consulting and coaching practice focused on building strategic clarity, operational resilience, and values-aligned leadership across the nonprofit sector.

In addition to her strategic work, Ericka integrates a trauma-informed and holistic approach to leadership and personal transformation. She has studied a range of healing modalities and is a Reiki Master, spiritual life coach, and guide who supports individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, resilience, and purpose. Her work explores the intersection of healing, leadership, and social change—helping leaders sustain themselves while doing the work of building a more just and equitable world.
