Work Out & Give Back

by WREN Staff on Aug 22, 2017

Plot twist: The workout you’re about to destroy will also destroy the patriarchy.

Our friends at Fit Columbia are about to change the way you work out.  Through their new fitness fueled fundraising series, they will be offering donation based classes during the months of September and October to raise money for WREN.  The series will end on October 19, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Fit Columbia with a garden party that celebrates twenty-four local “Women of Fitness.”

Guests will enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and champagne in the charming outdoor courtyard of Fit Columbia – a unique studio offering a balanced approach to sustainable fitness and life enhancement through strength and mobility training, childlike play, and yoga.

WREN will be present in celebration, and will also give out free t-shirts to guests who attend at least four of the fitness sessions. You can track your attendance using the card below.

Please have your instructor sign-off at the end of each session and present card at the final garden party. If you cannot attend the garden party but have attended four sessions, you can schedule a time to pick-up your shirt by emailing info@scwren.org. While your studio should have available punch cards, you can also print one here.

The class schedule is as follows:
