Briliant young minds of Columbia: it is your chance to lead.
The Obama Foundation just announced their new Community Leadership Corps, a 6 month program designed to train and empower young community leaders to address and change issues within their communities.
Columbia is one of the three cities chosen for the program!
In order to be considered, applicants must be ages 18-25 for the duration of the program and living within the Lexington and Richland counties.
Dates that the participants must be free are from June 15-17 for kickoff, and August 10-12 for bootcamp, and they must also be willing to commit 5 to 10 hours a week from June to November for virtual work.
Apply by May 11th for a chance to expand your leadership skills with a highly-esteemed, nationwide foundation!
