Columbia End-of-Session Celebration
by WREN Staff on Jun 6, 2017
Throughout this legislative session you’ve given WREN many reasons to celebrate. So naturally, it’s time we celebrate the diverse voices that made our year so successful.
Join us on June 15th as we honor the many ways you’ve impacted your community this year.
WREN will be while hosting a townhall style discussion with national, expert advocate Lauren Leader-Chivée. Lauren is the author of Crossing the Thinnest Line, as well as the founder of All in Together.

Our evening will be moderated by Shani Gilchrist, a freelance journalist, essayist, and critic based in Charleston, whose work has focused on identity, race, gender, and intersectionality.
Wine, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and a copy of Lauren’s latest book will be provided with ticket purchase. If you plan on attending, please reserve your spot as soon as possible, as sales are limited.
This event would not be possible without the dedication and effort of advocates like you. We appreciate your time and hope to see you soon.
